A WW2 plastic (War Economy) Rifle Oil Bottle.

This pattern first came out in 1941, and was used to lubricate the No.4 Lee-Enfield, and was stored in the butt of the rifle.

It continued on in army use until the late 1940's, when it was progressively superseded by the amber coloured ones.

Good condition for age.
