OK, so what's so exciting about these, I hear you say? Well, the beauty of these sandbags - is that they are proper hessian made bags, with hemp string ties, and natural fibre blanket stitching around the outside edges.

These are the old-fashioned style sandbags which were used in WW2, and are in unissued condition. When filled with earth or sand, these bags, which measure 34" x 14" would provide a superb added effect to any "Living History" or museum display.

Forget buying those awful man-made bags, or the ones which are stitched in nylon thread - these are the ones for anyone wanting to get the detail correct.
