An unissued British Army soldier's 1944 (Jungle) Pattern WEBBING BAYONET FROG.

These were designed to carry both the 1907ptn (SMLE) bayonet, and the Enfield No.4 ("Pigsticker") bayonet.

This example is post-war dated, but identical to those issued and used during WW2.
