An unissued tin of WW2 period BRITISH ARMY SOLDIER'S FOOT POWDER.

An identical tin to this can be seen on pages 96 & 97 of the popular reference book "The World War II Tommy 1939-45" by Brayley & Ingram. It has the same coloration and style of lettering as that found on field ration supplies, supplied to frontline troops.

These would have been issued to Army, Airborne, Para, Recce, Commando and many other British fighting units.

Pease note: The featured photo illustrates the front and reverse of the same tin. This example still contains the original foot powder.

Some slight storage marks, otherwise - VGC for age .
