A very clean, unissued Royal Canadian Air Force Revolver Holster.

This was for the standard issue Service Revolver (the Enfield or Webley revolvers). It is made from the same blue-grey webbing as the RAF examples, but this is a different pattern and is distinctive to the RCAF.

It is stamped on the inside with it's makers details and the date "Z. L. & T. Ltd 1943" - indicating that it was made by Zephyr Loom & Textiles Ltd, Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

It has brass prongs on the reverse, which allows it to be worn on the standard 37ptn web waistbelt.

This is an unusual holster, and not often seen (RAF versions being more common), and are are now becoming very difficult to find. Excellent condition for age.
